This keynote confronts a simple question: if Joomla supports your business, what are you doing to sustain it?

We will explore the real cost of open source, the risk of passive consumption, and the difference between using Joomla and strengthening Joomla. Contribution is not limited to writing code. It includes documentation, testing, mentoring, sponsorship, advocacy, leadership, and showing up.

This is not about guilt. It is about sustainability. If we want Joomla to thrive for the next decade, the responsibility is shared. The future of Joomla will not be decided by “someone else.” It will be decided by us.
