Frequently Asked Questions
We have a small amount of tickets in the Early Bird phase for EUR 349. The regular ticket price is EUR 399. From 1 October 2026, tickets in the late bird phase will cost EUR 479, and from 9 October 2026, tickets in the very late bird phase will cost EUR 599.
In addition, we are exploring Support Tickets option during the checkout. These tickets are intended to help support participants with lower income, making the conference more accessible for everyone.
Bank transfer and PayPal are available as payment methods. Other methods such as credit card or bank transfer can also be used via PayPal without the need for a PayPal account.
Yes, the payment is handled directly through Stripe. No credit card information is collected or stored on this site.
Yes, you can buy multiple tickets and enter the information for each participant.
With a ticket you will have access to all sessions from Friday to Sunday. The ticket includes food and beverages during the conference and dinner on Friday evening.
No, there are no day tickets.
At this time, the organizer is unable to provide complimentary tickets for speakers.
We have a block of 100 rooms reserved for our conference directly at the Kongresshotel Potsdam. The rooms can be booked here. You will be redirected to the hotel's booking page.

All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal reasons, illness, travel disruption, visa issues, or scheduling conflicts.
If the Conference is cancelled by the organizer (J and Beyond e.V.), the full ticket price will be refunded.
No further claims shall be accepted. In particular, the organizer shall not be liable for any travel costs, accommodation costs, loss of income, or other expenses incurred by participants.
