Joomla can tell you a lot about your site, if you know where to look. The Health Checker is supposed to do the looking for you. Now it needs things to look at.
A health check is only as good as the checks it runs. PHP version, folder permissions, forgotten debug plugins, that one extension nobody has updated since 2019. Behind every one of those sits a plugin waiting to be written.
This session is a brainstorm with a hard output: a prioritised list of checks, each described well enough that somebody can pick it up and build it. We argue about what actually matters, what is just noise, and what should be a warning rather than a flat-out error.
Bring the thing that broke your last site. Chances are it belongs on the list.
