Armen Mnatsian started making web pages for the Internet, some time ago. He has made pages with ‘tables’, ‘frames’ and with ‘flash’. Then, he has, in 2006, discovered how to use correct W3C standards and learned HTML and CSS ;) Is a Joomla user since 2007 and volunteered on some occasions; has been the team leader for the Joomla Accessibility Team, for some time. He visits JUG in Utrecht. Coming, originally, from a marketing background and having worked for the Child Care and Protection Board (Ministry of Security and Justice) in 2009, as a Web designer and for the Accessibility Foundation from 2010 to 2013, as Internet consultant and Researcher for Web Accessibility, has expertise and knowledge of a variety of accessibility techniques. Studies have included Dutch Web Guidelines 1 and Dutch Web Guidelines 2, WCAG 1.0 and WCAG 2.0.
